  1. Please practice better explanations for people who are not looking at the screen as you change or are not familiar with some terms. "Like this" or "the other way" or "right here" are not very helpful for beginners.

  2. I do a lot of fitness but have alway neglected stretching and a lot of athletes say it's the most important part and actually makes you fitter (not sure how to be honest). Anyway I've started this now and I'm so inflexible it's unreal. It was hard following along ? but I will try do this often.
