  5. Recently i google to discover more about a weight loss program I actually heard about via a good friend who just shed a whopping 14 pounds! I actually Googled the “fizy unique plan” right away to know more about it.

  6. My colleagues all follow the “fizy unique plan” (Google it) and they have dropped between 9 and 16 lbs each so far. These people told me Google it and test it too. As soon as I actually started following it the weight just dropped 18 lbs.

  8. Joy, thank you so much for this! I have always loved yoga, but I'm always nervous about physical activity because I am asthmatic. This was slow paced enough for me to relax into the poses and take my time without over exerting myself, and I loved how enthusiastic and talkative you were, it really encouraged me to continue and not get bored… Thanks so much for this video, I'll be trying the other 3 right away!!
